The Service generates personalized AI-learning curriculums that reference free, third-party educational resources. Curriculums and resource links are provided for general informational and educational purposes only.

The Service and all generated content are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, quality, or availability of any curriculum or third-party resource, and we do not guarantee any particular outcome — including learning results, certification, employment, income, or career advancement.

The Service links to content operated by third parties. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for third-party content, availability, pricing changes, or practices. Your use of third-party resources is governed by their own terms.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: violating laws; infringing others' rights; attempting to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access; scraping or overloading the Service; or using it to generate unlawful or harmful content. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

The Service is currently free to use. If paid features are introduced in the future, they will be clearly disclosed before any purchase, with their own billing terms.

The Service, its software, and its design are owned by AI Mastery Road and protected by law. Generated curriculums are for your personal use. Third-party resources remain the property of their respective owners.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI Mastery Road AND ITS OWNERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) US $50.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Mastery Road and its owners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis, and you and AI Mastery Road waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action, to the extent permitted by law. Venue for any permitted court action lies in Texas.
